Given what North Korea is doing and have done - maybe General McCarthur was right all along back during the Korean War when he wanted to take care of them right then and there.

Us small fry really mean nothing in the big scheme of things.   We just have to take what we get; and, to be content with it.

Rather, it is the movers and shakers that control and govern what really happens within the nation.

Big money controls everything.    And unaware to ever so many people, that big money is found within both the Democratic and Republican Parties.   Thus, it controls both parties.

Now, big money in itself is not the problem.   Thus, the individual who has big money is not the problem in itself.

Rather, the doctrinal base and fundamental philosophy of the individual that has the big money is the thing that becomes the issue.

That is why some people who have so much money can actually be a benefit and a good thing.   But, the converse is also true.   It all depends upon their doctrinal base and fundamental philosophy towards life.

Unfortunately, so many of those who have the big money always have to [or at least, they want to] skirt right along the edge of ethical and moral behavior just to get what they want so as to increase their wealth and control over us even more.   

That is why they do not like God and His 10 Commandments – either in society as a whole or within governmental institutions.  

They want to pretend that God does not exist.   Thus, no one will be watching over them and their actions.   Obviously, us small fry cannot watch over them.  

And now since there is no God, He cannot watch over them either and thereby prevent them from doing what they want to do by giving them a bad conscience and holding them back and in check.  

And, that is the primary reason why God has been pushed so far out of sight within American society at large and government institutions in particular.

By pushing God out of the way, those with money really become king of the mountain.   No one; and, I mean no one can touch them – except for a few, rare exceptions that are used to placate us small fry.

Since big money wants and does control everything, that also then means that they want to protect what they have.

The biggest and most effective tool that they have discovered to do that is to use our technological breakthroughs to do just that.  

And, that is why there has been such an increase of spying on individuals within our society.   It is found at work – while shopping in a store – and even while driving down the street.  

Within society itself, the ever present EYE that is watching our every move has come to replace an all knowing God within the minds of ever so many people.    

And of course, us small fry are absolutely under its control because there is no way that we can fight it.   Whereas big money is totally immune from any type of control and repercussion because they control the whole thing to begin with.

Now, this big money is very much in control of the extreme liberal camp within America.   That is why that liberal camp seems to be so very selective in promoting certain things in life – while conveniently forgetting ever so many other things.   

And one of the most perfect examples of this is the ever present SPYING EYE that is found all over the place.   Where are the liberals [and the ACLU]  – you know, the ever present personal defenders of our freedoms – amongst such an influx of outright spying on us average citizens within this great nation?

Yah, they worry so much about the Constitutional rights of those foreign terrorists overseas and at GITMO – BUT – they could really care less about us American citizens being spied on while simply living and going about our lives within America.

But the facts and truth speaks quite differently.  

In fact, that is exactly what the extreme liberal element unwittingly wants, because totally unrecognized by them, they have been completely taken over by big money in thought, word, and deed.  

The best proof of this is the fact that both big money and the extreme liberal element within America have a common cause – a common approach to life.  

Whereas the conservative camp believes very strongly in the rights and liberty of the individual – the liberal camp believes ever so strongly in the common good of all.

That is the basic tenant of every shade of Marxism – from Communism down through Socialism and ending up in those benign forms of liberalism.

And in functional reality – that is the same philosophy and approach to life that big money also displays.  

Big money does not like independent thinking.   Thus, they also promote the common good because that insures that us small fry will stop our independent thought and actions; and, follow their lead just like a bunch of lemmings.  

And while our minds are on the subject, let us not forget that big money would have no way of knowing and controlling us small fry if they reduced and/or eliminated their tools of spying on us.

Might there be just a tad bit of hypocrisy found within the liberal camp?!    

A couple of years ago, I was in a local pizza joint waiting for my pizza.   And as is the norm today, there were cameras all over the place recording everything that was happening – so one might ask – what else is new?!

Yet as I was just sitting there minding my own business, something new did happen that really caught my attention.  

There was a young mother there, talking to her child.   And as she was talking, she pointed to the monitor that was sitting on the counter and said:   “See, you are on TV!”

Being from a different generation [or, more like a different planet], I could not help but to think:   What in the world is she teaching her child?!!!!!!  

But even more disturbing, I started to piece all these different, individual things together.   And after doing that for a certain length of time, I came to the point where I really started to wonder to myself.  

I now wonder out loud:   What have we become as a nation?!

Cameras are everywhere – recording our every movement – to now even include at street intersections!

Keep in mind that it was no too long ago that we had that national debate about recording the phone conversation of our enemies and terrorists overseas.

And, let us not forget the famed workings of the Church Commission.   That misguided effort became one of the biggest causes of 911.  

Yet, the sad truth is that the Congress will never admit wrong to anything – even though more times than not, they are the primary cause.  

The goal of that Commission was to protect the activities of the extreme liberal elements within their camp from ever being discovered and watched by the government – such as those Communist sympathizers, our own home grown terrorists, and all.

Thus, it has been within that same spirit that the liberal camp has operated ever since.

It is so comforting for me to know that our liberal friends are so concerned about preserving and protecting the Constitutional rights of foreigners overseas – you know – the rights of those who are not even citizens of America and all those who are not even physically within America!

So now, let me get this right --- according to the liberals --- it is ok for someone to spy on both you and me almost every where we go now days [with both of us being American citizens; and, having this occur to us while we are living within America itself].  

But as a nation, we must set the example, live by the law, and by all means, we just cannot and should not infringe on the rights of the foreign terrorists – even when they are no where near America!

OH, SUCH A SHINING BEACON ON THE HILL; AND, HOW DEDICATED TO THE CAUSE THEY REALLY ARE!

I must really be a stupid or something!   That just does not make sense to me!

Now, the liberals would probably be quick to point out that a business spying on someone is not the same thing as a government doing it.   

Well, I simply respond:   How ignorant can someone get?  

Do they mean to say that the government could never get that tape if they wanted it?   Of course they could!

BUT even more importantly – the facts are still the facts ---spying is still spying!  

Is not someone or something still watching every action by you and me.   Is that not spying – regardless of who does it, how it is done, and for what reason it is done?

The method has just changed.   Cameras now do it where as at one time, people used to do it. 

So thus, I must ask:   What is the big difference between Stalin’s Russia, Hitler’s Germany, and our good old USA?!!!!!

IF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO STOP AND THINK ABOUT IT ALL – THERE REALLY IS NO DIFFERENCE!  

SPYING IS STILL SPYING!!!!!!

Might there be just a tad bit of hypocrisy within the liberal camp?!    

Back during the days of the old Soviet Union, Pravda was the official state run newspaper within Russia.   It was also the official mouthpiece for the Communist Party.  

Thus, anyone who dismissed what Pravda said and acted differently did so to their own peril.

Given that to be the case, I am now going to make a statement.

Without a doubt, Pravda could have taken some lessons on how to REALLY manipulate the news and manage the people from our very own news media.   Had they done so, they could have actually achieved what they desired!  

At first glance such a statement will probably produce many, many negative thoughts from about everyone.   And, those negative thoughts will also probably cover every conceivable aspect that can be thought up.

But before one goes off the deep end and vigorously launches their attack, please take a few moments to consider some things.

1]   There are different ways to measure success.  

As was stated above, Pravda did enjoy complete dedication by everyone – which was ultimately achieved by the barrel of a gun.   It is quite obvious that that is not the case here in America.

So in that sense of the term, Pravda was truly successful.  

But that does NOT mean that they achieved complete dedication within the inner most parts of an individual’s heart – NOT even from among their staunchest supporters.

2]   Rather, I submit that success can and must also be determined by the degree to which an individual supports something based upon their inner most belief system – or in other words – their inner most doctrinal base which originates from within their very own heart.

And most importantly, this belief structure – this process – must originate from WITHIN the individual rather than being imposed upon one from WITHOUT.

In this area, Pravda failed most miserably whereas our media has succeeded most gleefully [at least, for some].

3] In fact, the biggest and greatest mark of success that can be achieved for any type of activity is to have many people follow them – and yet – they do not even recognize the fact that they have completely surrendered their own personal identity in the process – to say nothing of their sense of right and wrong!

And I submit that that is exactly what our news media has accomplished.   And, that is why I also submit that our news media has far exceeded the expectations of even what Pravda had hoped to achieve.

4] And achieving such a goal is truly the ultimate success story for any type of brainwashing activity – whereby people willingly follow [thinking that they are free] without even realizing that they have been duped; and thus, have actually surrendered and lost their freedom!

Back in time, I also remember thinking that we were so fortunate to have a “free” press within America.

But then, an awful thing happened.   I grew up; and, became aware of things around me.   In fact, there are so many examples could be presented that clearly demonstrate this process that went on within.

But even if we turn our attention from personal experiences; and, look at just the big picture, we all know about the New York Times and how they have basically set the standard of what is said in all of the news papers throughout the country.

But then as another example, please follow this professed simpleton as we look at the TV news situation for a moment.

Currently, the only “fair and balanced” news organization is Fox News.   Now, for them to be fair and balanced, that means that they have to achieve a 50% conservative and 50% liberal type of balance in their overall reporting – right? 

And, we all know that everything else is quite liberal – probably approaching the 90 percentile from the likes of NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, and CNN.

Thus, if we add those 5 organizations that are 90% liberal and Fox at 50% liberal together, we get a grand total of 500 points – which is then divided by a total of 6 news organizations.   And so thus for the grand finale, we get an 81% liberal bias overall within America – just from the 6 major TV news organizations.

No wonder we as conservatives have such a hard time getting our word out!   The playing field is no where near level!   There is little or no chance for us to get a fair shake at the TV news table.

Of course, this little exercise was just fun and games.   But, there is a serious side to it also. 

I have often thought that one of the biggest mistakes that the conservative camp has made has been to never start their own TV network.  

I still emphatically believe that if that would ever be done – well – nothing but good things would automatically develop over time.

And, the reason for this is simple – yet – profound.

Our form of government was created with certain checks and balances – the various branches of government; and then, a news media to watch over them.  

And on top of all that, the press was given certain rights so as to help keep everything fair and square.

But all of that was created by our founding fathers back in time – before the likes of Karl Marx entered the scene.

Karl Marx and other European philosophers did their dirty work over a period of years.   And like a bunch of fools, we here in American allowed such filth to filter into all aspects of our educational system and society as a whole.

In fact, after 1917 and the introduction of Communism into the world scene, that brand of corruption of the facts of life has also permeated throughout our American culture and society without us ever actually knowing it.  

And because of our lack of diligence, what our founding fathers had originally created has basically been mortally wounded – AND – WE DO NOT EVEN KNOW IT!

Thus, if one looks at the totality of our news media with a fair and open mind, one must confess that they are very liberal.   So obviously then, they will not condemn their allies – which of necessity must automatically include all those to follow Marxism to one degree or another.      

Yet those same liberals are the very ones who are standing in judgment over the government and elected officials – yet I ask – who, pray tell, is standing in judgment over them and their extreme liberal biases?!!!!!!

So thus, we find that an elite group of modern day Marxists [to varying degrees] are standing in judgment over others – yet – no one is standing in judgment over them!  

AND WE THE PEOPLE JUST BLINDLY FOLLOW ALONG WITH THIS NONSENSE WITHOUT EVEN GIVING IT A SECOND THOUGHT!!!!!!!!!!

Might there not be just a tad bit of hypocrisy within the liberal camp?!   

If one does a little research back into history – like back to that time before the Civil War, during that period of the Lincoln-Douglas Debates [1858] – a couple of very interesting points automatically pops out at you.

First is the fact that back then, the function AND the action of the news media seemed to be not so much concerned with having that 5 second sound bit so that they could have more time to shape the news, create a perception within people, and actively manipulate and steer people towards a specific ideology.  

But rather back then, their primary function seemed to center more on actually REPORTING what was really going on – as attested to by the fact that most if not all of the papers back then just printed verbatim what was actually said by the two debaters themselves.  

Now, that approach by the news media is in itself a rather interesting – in fact – a rare, new, bold concept – especially in this day and age, now isn’t it!

Second is the fact the people themselves also acted in quite a different way than we do today.

In doing a little research back to that time, one of the things that perked my interest the most was the fact that there was a series of 7 ACTUAL debates between these two men in various towns in Illinois.

But more importantly, I was struck by the response of the average citizen!

For instance, consider the 2^nd debate held in Freeport, IL.  

But before proceeding any further, please remember and consider the fact that this period of time was back then – during the days of the horse and buggy, the train, and no roads to speak of – and absolutely – no Interstate Highway System!

Yet in a little town west of Chicago, with a population of only 5,000 people, over 15,000 came to listen to that 2^nd debate!

Take a moment or two to just think of that fact.

DOES THAT FACT SAY ANYTHING?!

And then, we now fast forward back to our current era.  

Chicago and Illinois has become notorious for bad politics, corruption, and what not!   Even within my own lifetime – scandal after scandal………………..

Consider 1960 when Kennedy stole the election from Nixon.   I did not hear any Democrats back then screaming that every vote should count!

Consider when the 1968 Democratic Nation Convention that was held in Chicago.   Remember the battles between the Chicago political machine of Richard Daley [an ally of the embattled Democratic President Johnson] and the extreme left wing elements within his own party?!    

I was on active duty in the military during that period.   And believe me, I know a thing or two of what was really going on back then because I had a ring side seat to it all.   In fact, I was personally involved in certain types of activities that very, very few people know anything about – even to this day!

And, I also know from first hand experience that all too often – what we the people are told by the news media is just the opposite of what in fact takes place.   And, that is truly a shame [which automatically leads to another topic at a later date].

And then, we have the current fiasco playing itself out in Chicago and Illinois.

My big question – what ever happened to the principles of the good old days?!

Without a doubt, corruption and other types of shameful behavior have most certainly become the predominant characterization of late.   Too bad that the current characterization no longer matches what was plainly evident for all to plainly see back then in time!

And lest we forget – yes – all was not perfect back then.   After all, there was still slavery!

But yet, is it not also true that we fought a Civil War over that very issue?   And also, is it not also true that many thousands of men – in fact – hundreds of thousands of men lost their life as they stood up and fought for the principle that all men are in fact created equal BY GOD HIMSELF!    [And lest we forget this point, it was the Republican Party that actually led the fight against slavery]?

Now, the current type of characterization that has been presented in this writing is not just being directed at Chicago and Illinois.   Let us be honest with ourselves.   This cancer has permeated throughout our entire nation!

Going on 55 years after the fact, there is a reason why Senator Joseph McCarthy from Wisconsin is still routinely and publicly vilified the way he is.   The same is true for President Nixon almost 35 years after the fact.

It is also quite obvious that these 2 individuals are not the only 2 politicians that have ever come along that could be characterized as representing the worst from amongst us – at least – in some people’s eyes.

For instance, there are various politicians that belong to the extreme left that could also most easily be nominated for such honors - and - justifiably so!

Yet, we never really hear that much about them – surely not 30 and 50 years after the fact.

That leads one to wonder why it is that these 2 men must be singled out for that august honor?

[Maybe, just maybe they were so very close to the truth; and, that they were acting in a truly patriotic fashion.   Wouldn’t that be something if in fact that was the real truth!   I humbly submit that such a thing is in fact the truth.]

Along this same line of reasoning --- what if such a negative characterization is totally wrong and false?   Then what?!  

Equally disturbing, what if the average citizen could really care less; and likewise, that they could so easily be suckered in by such false characterizations – especially without even taking the time to investigate it for themselves?   

But then, let us consider something else.   Every President, Congressman, and Senator takes an oath before assuming his or her duties.  

And, part of that oath is that they swear before God – YES GOD of all things! – to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies – foreign AND DOMESTIC!

So apparently, our founding fathers seemed to think that there could be enemies of our country right within our country – NOT from foreign elements that entered into our country – BUT RATHER – from unpatriotic elements that would be found from within our very own population itself.

OH – PERISH SUCH A THOUGHT!!!!!!!

Every citizen has the right to think, believe, and do whatever it is that they want – RIGHT?! – at least according to today’s standards.

WRONG!!!!! – at least according to our founding fathers.  

And, that is why they put that phrase into that oath of office.   At some point in time, one actually does become an enemy of their own country by not being faithful to its doctrines – in other words – not patriotic.   And, that is not too far removed from what is happening today right before our eyes!

And for them [our founding fathers], that does make a little sense – after all – they knew what they were talking about.   I do seem to remember something about the actions of an individual called Benedict Arnold – don’t you?!

To bad our elected officials today do not pay that close of attention to those words as they publicly speak those words when they take their oath of office.  

It sure seems that they do not want to be really bothered by such an inconvenience like acting and actually being patriotic as they fight for, promote, guard, and defend the purity of those doctrines of our country.  

What is more, one has to have an understanding of such things before they can really or actually fulfill the functions of their office – don’t you agree?

Might there be just a tad bit of hypocrisy within the liberal camp?!    

The biggest mistake that John McCain made – along with ever so many other Americans – is not to remember that by and large that the Democratic Party of today is not the same thing as the Democratic Party of years gone by.

To get an idea of what I am getting at, remember what was happening in the 1960’s and early 1970’s.  

When John McCain went off to war, the Democratic Party primarily displayed one type of ideology.   Yet by the time that he came back, that same Democratic Party was in essence – no more.   That political party had infact been hijacked by quite a foreign ideology.

To get an idea of what I am talking about, all one has to do is to remember that thuggish street gang called the Black Panthers, the SDS, the anti-war movement, our cities burning, and all the killings that were occuring during the late 1960's and early 1970's – AND BY ALL MEANS – we must also remember the 1968 Democratic National Convention which was held in Chicago of all places.   By 1972, the take over of the DNC had been accomplished. 

So thus since then, the DNC has been pretty much controlled by the extreme left element within America.   To see just one sign of that take over – all one has to do is to look at what the Church Commission did.

If one looks at it with a fair and open mind, one will have to admit that the DNC of today is nothing like the DNC back in the 1950’s and 1940’s.

Unfortunately, John McCain [and, all too many Americans] do not take that into account when they view life within America.   That is why they feel that they have to play Mr. Nice Guy.   They think that we are just one big happy family.  

 BUT THE SAD TRUTH IS – WE MOST DEFINITELY ARE NOT!

There is a MAJOR fight, a MAJOR battle for the very soul of America.   And, ever so many people are not or do not want to be aware of that fact.      

Let’s see now.   We have a massive takeover of the entire economy by the government.   Of course, everyone wants to label it “bail out” or what ever.

But in fact, it is nothing more than socialism or something far worse.

Could it be that the people that really want America to be a socialist nation [or, their friends or even our enemies from around the world] actually be the ones that caused the problem to begin with?  

What better way is there to get what you want than to create the problem in the first place.   The results are almost automatically assured.  

After all, it all fits in real good with the Marxist theories of social activism and change – namely – thesis, antithesis, and synthesis.

And of course, us dumb Americans would never really know or care about such foolish knowledge, seeing as we are so busy with enjoying life, being entertained – or at the very least [and, probably far more accurate for the vast majority of us] having to work those long hours just to make the ends meet!

Yet, there is something to that rat race that we all are having to run - I call it "economic slavery."   All of this stuff just does not happen by chance.   But, that is a completely different topic.

Suffice it to say that it seems that the ones who created the problems to begin with sure do know how to blame someone else.   We saw it with the 9-11 investigation as they conveniently forgot to mention how the Church Commission actually gutted our ability to spy on our enemies which in turn created the reason why we were so blind sided by the terrorists to begin with!

More times than not, the Congress itself is the problem – yet – they somehow always seem to be able to blame everyone and everything else.

I saw my son over Christmas.   He made a statement that made perfectly good sense to me; and so, I must share it with you.

"Litigating the country to death" was the statement that he made - referring to all the court cases that are literally flooding the country, their causes, etc.

You know something, how true that is.  

If there was any sense of peace and harmony within America, what need would we have to have so many legal battles about everything - to even include about putting the nativity scene up at Christmas?
